Production Control Clerk

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Control Clerk in Sterling Heights, MI! This position is paying $17.50-18/hour and begins right away. Great benefits offered!

Duties:

1. Ensure shipping/receiving material is labeled and identified correctly

2. Monitor inventory of identification tags, ensure ID tags are filed, labeled and filled out for incoming material.

3. Do inventory counts daily of raw and finished material and enter information into computer system and in log book.  Maintain raw inventory levels.

4. Send all required customer Advanced Shipping Notices and faxes within ½ hour of shipment

5.  Contact for customer complaints/issues. Take action to resolve them.

6.  Truck scheduling as directed

7. Make copies of each bill of lading and shippers in folders

8. Complete paperwork for shipments as required (bill of lading, shippers, labels)

9. Wrap and label material

10.         Unload and loading of trucks as required

11.         Back up for PC&L Supervisor when necessary.

12.         Keep shipping/receiving area neat and orderly to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

1.            Computer Skills, ASN system, Chrysler Smart System

2.            Ability to operate forklift safely

3.            Professionalism in dealing with customers

4.            Dependable

5.            Good communication and organizational skills
